On February 16, 2018, Oxnard PAL was proud to announce the Grand Opening of its second Youth Center located in the Southwinds Community.

 

The center provides a safe and relaxed environment for youth nearby. They have the opportunity to come in and interact with our staff and officers who take the time to stop by during shifts.

Some of the activities offered at Southwinds include, but are not limited to:

• Arts & Crafts

• Board games

• Billiard and Ping Pong Tables
